The jeep and the ticket are different things
Every jeep safari price we publish is for the jeep, the driver and the guide. The park entrance ticket is set by the Department of Wildlife Conservation and paid separately — roughly US$43 per foreign adult in Yala.
Anyone quoting you a single all-in number is either including the ticket at today's rate or hoping you will not ask. We would rather show you both.
Where sharing stops making sense
A shared safari costs US$26 per person for four hours. A private jeep is US$60 for the whole vehicle, up to six people.
So two people save by sharing: US$52 against US$60. Three people do not: three shared places come to US$78, while the private jeep is still US$60.
What you pay for at the end
Fixed-price safaris can be paid on the website by PayPal or card; if we cannot run your date, you get a full refund. Or send the booking first and pay by bank transfer once we have confirmed the jeep and driver.
Cancel 24 hours or more before the start and you get a full refund. If weather stops the drive, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
