- Pay online by PayPal or card when you book (full refund if we cannot run your date), or by bank transfer after we confirm. Park entrance fees are paid separately unless included.
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before the start time. No refund within 24 hours. If we cancel for bad weather you get a new date or a full refund.

Where we collect you.
Free pickup and drop-off from the four towns closest to the park. Everywhere else, we quote the vehicle separately.
