Terms & conditions
The terms you agree to when you book a safari with us.
Booking and confirmation
Sending a request through this website does not confirm a safari. A booking exists once we reply to confirm the date, the package and the price. Prices are quoted in US dollars.
Payment
Pay online by PayPal or card when you book (full refund if we cannot run your date), or by bank transfer after we confirm. Park entrance fees are paid separately unless included. Online payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. If we cannot run the safari on the date you paid for, we refund the full amount to your PayPal account or card.
Park entrance fees
Unless your package states that tickets are included, the price covers the jeep, driver and guide only. Park entrance fees are set by the Department of Wildlife Conservation, change without notice, and are paid separately — roughly US$43 per foreign adult in Yala at the time of writing.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before the start time. No refund within 24 hours. If we cancel for bad weather you get a new date or a full refund.
Wildlife and safety
These are wild animals in wild country. We cannot guarantee that you will see a leopard, an elephant or any other species. Guests must follow the driver's instructions and national park rules at all times, stay inside the jeep where required, and keep noise down.
Changes beyond our control
Park closures, weather, road conditions and government decisions can force a change of park or date. Where a safari cannot run we offer a new date or a full refund.
